Citywide PDMS MetaVision in Tilburg

Citywide PDMS MetaVision in Tilburg

A contract was signed recently for implementing a Citywide MetaVision PDMS in Tilburg.

The merger between the St. Elisabeth Hospital and the TweeSteden Hospital is bringing about not only an administrative merger but is also becoming increasingly visible in the area of various care units. The Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care departments of both hospital locations sought out the cooperation recently. Synchronisation is being brought about in the area of patient safety and digital file management in critical care chains by means of a Citywide PDMS. Representatives of the OR and IC departments of both hospitals have started process coordination and application/configuration training.

In the coming months a joint PDMS will be created for the OR and the ICU. This Citywide approach ensures that the processes are clearly supported at both locations, which will benefit patient safety and digital file management. Employee exchange between the two locations is also optimally supported with the Citywide MetaVision PDMS.

Itémedical wishes the TweeSteden Hospital and the St. Elisabeth Hospital in Tilburg much success with the Citywide roll-out of the MetaVision PDMS for the OR and ICU.

On Thursday, 5 June, the contract with supplier Itémedical was signed by Peter de Zwart on behalf of the the Executive Board and by CEO Peter Hof on behalf of Itémedical.
